By playing Embers Green you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

The service

Embers Green is a browser game made by Embers Green Studios. The core loop — the Break Room, duels, and simulation training — is free. Wager matches and cosmetic ownership are opt-in features that run on the Solana network.

Eligibility

You must be old enough in your jurisdiction to agree to a contract like this one. If you use on-chain features, you must also be legally able to do so where you live.

User conduct

• No cheating, botting, or exploiting bugs for advantage.
• No harassment, hate speech, or threats against other players.
• No attempts to disrupt the service or other players' sessions.

Accounts that violate these rules may be suspended or closed.

Wagers

Wager matches require both players to opt in before the duel begins. Results resolve on-chain and are final — we can't reverse, refund, or adjust a resolved wager.

Cosmetics and ownership

Cosmetic items you acquire on-chain are yours. We can't revoke them. We also can't refund them — transactions on the Solana network are non-reversible.

Intellectual property

The game, its art, code, writing, and characters are owned by Embers Green Studios. You may stream, share clips, and create fan art; you may not redistribute the game itself or pass off our content as your own.

Disclaimers

The game is provided as-is, with no warranty. Nothing on this site is financial advice. On-chain features carry risk — transactions can fail, wallets can be lost, and tokens can change value. You're responsible for your wallet and the keys that control it.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Embers Green Studios is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Where liability is unavoidable, it's limited to the amount you paid us (which for most players is zero).

Termination

We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms. You can stop using the service at any time.

Changes

If we update these terms we'll revise the "last updated" date at the top of this page. Substantive changes will be posted on our social channels.
